This is what I did for Halloween!
Base: Too Faced Shadow Insurance over entire face
Face and ear: Ben Nye Lumiere Grande Colour in Cosmic Blue, Detrivore Stark over that
Neck: Ben Nye Lumiere Grande Colour in Turquoise
Jawline and chin: Cake Minerals Lime (over Cosmic Blue and Stark)
Scales: Detrivore Stark and Hi-Fi Teen Spirit mixed with fake skin liquid latex – if I do this again, I’d prefer to make proper prosthetic scales!
Eye: Ben Nye Lumiere loose powder in Sun Yellow
Crease, corner of nose: Sugarpill Absinthe
Lip: Eccentric Cosmetics Blue Pod over lip balm (it’s a lip safe blue!)
Normal half of face: my regular makeup (Meow Cosmetics Frisky Mau foundation, Detrivore Ashes on brow)

Very cool! The green around the chin/eyes/nose adds a nice depth.

Gahhh! I love it! I recognized it instantly! <3 Kevin was always (still is) my favorite, and I always thought he just looked so sexy in this video, what with his Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde getup. Very nice rendition, I must say. Well done. :)
