When do my nail of the weeks actually start at the beginning of the week?

This is two coats of Kleancolor #161 Metallic Red with Avon UV Gloss Guard topcoat.

Calling this color metallic is a tiny stretch, because I don’t feel like it’s quite as metallic as most metallic polishes I’ve come across. It does have some sort of a metallic base, and you can tell if you try to take some of the color off with a polish remover-soaked cotton swab; the red will come away first and leave a silver gray.

The good thing about it? This one’s a one-coater. I only did a second coat because I did a poor job with my first coat and wanted to make sure it was even.

Lastly, I strongly recommend using a topcoat with it. Some people don’t necessarily use topcoat (or base), but the topcoat will change the intensity and depth of the color for the better.
